إعداد برنامج تدريبى "طباعة الأقمشة بطريقة العقد والربط" لطالبات المرحلة الإعدادية المهنية Preparation of a training program "Printing fabrics by contract and linking" for students of the professional preparatory stage

ملخص البحث:
تناولت الباحثة إعداد برنامج تدريبى لطالبات المرحلة الإعدادية المهنية لإکسابهن مهارة طباعة الأقمشة بطريقة العقد والربط, بهدف المساهمة فى تأهيلهن لإنشاء مشروعات صغيرة ودمجهن فى المجتمع ليکونوا أفراد منتجين. ثم تصميم البرنامج على أسس علمية صحيحة, وبناء أدوات تقييم البرنامج وهى إختبار معرفى قبلى/بعدى لقياس التحصيل المعرفي لدى الأطفال وکان عند مستوى داله"0.01"بإستحدام إحتبار"ت", واختبار مهارى قبلى/بعدى لقياس الأداء المهارى لدى الأطفال بإستخدام"معادلة بلاک"وحقق أفضل فاعلية فى مهارات الأطفال عند"2.0"وتم التأکد من إثبات الإختبارين, وتم أستخدام المنهج شبه التجريبى. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية:وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطى درجات أفراد عينة البحث فى التطبيق القبلى/البعدى للإختبار المعرفى لصالح التطبيق البعدى. ووجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطى درجات أفراد عينة البحث فى التطبيق القبلى/البعدى للإختبار المهارى لصالح التطبيق البعدى. وأوصت الباحثة بتفعيل دور المؤسسات التعليمية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدنى والدولة لتقديم الدعم اللازم للفئة المتناولة فى البحث مما يتيح لهم حياة کريمة والإندماج فى المجتمع .
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
The researcher dealt with preparing a training program for students of the professional prep stage to acquire the skill of printing fabrics by contract and linking method, with the aim of contributing to their qualification to establish small projects and integrate them into society to be productive individuals. Then designing the program on sound scientific bases, and building tools to evaluate the program, which is a pre / post cognitive test to measure cognitive achievement in children, and it was at the level of function "0.01" using the test "T And a pre / post skill test to measure the skill performance of children using the "Black equation" and achieved the best efficacy in children's skills at "2.0" and it was confirmed that the two tests were proven, and the semi-experimental approach was used. The researcher reached the following results: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the individuals in the research sample in the pre / post application of the cognitive test in favor of the post application. And the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the members of the research sample in the pre / post application of the skill test in favor of the post application. The researcher recommended activating the role of educational institutions, civil society institutions and the state to provide the necessary support to the group covered in the research, thus providing them with a decent life and integration into society."
