الواقع الإفتراضى کمصدر لإتخاذ القرار بصالات الحياکة فى مصانع الملابس الجاهزة غير النمطية فى مصر ''دراسة حالة'' “The Virtual RealityAs a source of decision-making in the garment factories Non Typical in Egypt” A Case Study

الملخص :
يقدم هذا البحث نموذج لحل مشکلة تصميم خطوط الإنتاج فى مصانع الملابس الجاهزة  والتعديل فى خط إنتاج بالفعل فى مصنع للوصول إلى أفضل تصميم لخط الإنتاج حيث أن تصميم خطوط الإنتاج  فى مصانع الملابس الجاهزة يحتاج إلى کثير من الوقت وفى هذا البحث نقوم بحل هذه المشکلة  وذلک بواسطة إستخدام التکنولوجيا الحديثة من حيث  رسم خط الإنتاج فى الواقع الإفتراضى ومعرفة کفاءة الخط قبل تنفيذه فى الواقع الحقيقى ،وتم إستخدام أنظمة التصنيع الحديثة  والطرق الحديثة فى رسم خطوط الإنتاج  وتدريب العمال على المراحل الإنتاجية حتى نتمکن من رفع أدائهم ، وتصميم خط الإنتاج عامل أساسى حيث لأنه يساعد على تقليل الزمن المستخدم فى العملية الإنتاجية وزيادة فى کمية الإنتاج ، وفى هذا البحث نقوم بتطبيق على مصنع إنتاج القميص الرجالى فنقوم برسم الوضع الحالى  لخط الإنتاج وذلک بواسطة برنامج الکاد ، ثم بعد ذلک التعديل فى هذا الخط وإستخدام الآلات المتخصصة في خط إنتاج " القميص الرجالى " ، والنظر فى المؤشرات التى تؤدى إلى رفع الکفاءة وکذالک إستخدام معايير الإنتاجية التى تعمل على موازنة خطوط الإنتاج ، ويتم رفع کفاءة أداء العمال من خلال التدريب على مجموعة متنوعة من المراحل الإنتاج ، ويتم إستخدام أنظمة التصنيع الحديثة  ومنها إستخدام نظم مناولة آلية وتخيل خط الإنتاج فى الواقع الإفتراضى لمعرفة کفاءة الخط قبل البدء فى العملية الإنتاجية  ويتم حساب وقت التشغيل لکل مرحلة ثم  تم تخفيض القوى العاملة المستخدمة فى خطوط الإنتاج إلى جانب وقت التشغيل لکل مرحلة کما هو موضح فى نتائج الدراسة ، وتم العمل على عدة مراحل :
-      تحليل : تم تحليل العينة " القميص الرجالى" ووصف الوضع الحالى للمصنع من        هذه الدراسة .
-      تحديد الأهداف : تم تحديد مجموعة من الأهداف بما فى ذالک الإستفادة من النظم الحديثة للإنتاج وکذالک إمکانيات  عمال المصنع والآلآت والأدوات .
-      التصميم لخط الإنتاج المقترح : الهدف من ذلک هو رسم خط إنتاج القميص الرجالى ببرنامج الکاد وتطبيق نظم التصنيع الحديثة ومعرفة کفاءة الخط وتقليل وقت التشغيل وکذالک قبل البدء فى العملية الإنتاجية .
-      إختبار النظام المقترح وتقييمه من خلال النتائج : توضح النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها کيف يمکن أن يؤثر تصميم خطوط الإنتاج على وقت التشغيل وکيفية تصميم خطوط الإنتاج فى الواقع الإفتراضى ومعرفة نتائجه قبل تطبيقة فى الواقع الحقيقى .
Abstract
This research presents a model for solving the problem of designing the production lines in the garment factories and modifying the production line already in the factory to reach the best design for the production line as the design of the production lines in the garment factories needs a lot of time and in this research we solve this problem by using Modern technology in terms of drawing the production line in the actual reality and knowledge of the efficiency of the line before its implementation in real reality, and the use of modern manufacturing systems and modern methods in drawing production lines and training workers on the stages of production so that we can raise their performance, As it helps to reduce the time used in the production process and increase the quantity of production In this research, we apply to the men's shirt production plant. We draw the current situation of the production line through the CAD program, then the modification in this line and the use of specialized machines in the production line of the "men's shirt", and looking at the indicators that lead to the efficiency and the use of Productivity standards that work to balance production lines, and raise the efficiency of the performance of workers through training on a variety of stages of production, and the use of modern manufacturing systems, including the use of automated handling systems and imagine the production line in reality to see the efficiency of the line before the start of the Production Process and operating the time  for each stage and the labor force used in the production lines was reduced along with the run time for each stage as shown in the study results.
-     Analysis: The sample "male shirt" was analyzed and described the current state of the plant from this study.
-     Goal_ Setting: A set of objectives has been identified, including the use of modern production systems and the potential of factory workers, machines and tools.
-     Design for the proposed production line: The objective is to draw the man's shirt production line with the CAD program and apply the modern manufacturing systems, know the efficiency of the line and reduce the run time, as well as before starting the production process.
-     Evaluation of the proposed system and its evaluation through the results: The results obtained show how the design of the production lines can affect the run time and how to design the production lines in the virtual reality and know its results before application in real reality.
