تقويم الأداء التدريسى للطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الاقتصاد المنزلى بکلية التربية النوعية فى ضوء مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين

هدف البحث الحالى إلى تقويم الأداء التدريسى للطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الاقتصاد المنزلى بکلية التربية النوعية فى ضوء مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين  .  ووصولا لهذا الهدف کان لابد من تحديد مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين الواجب توافرها لدى الطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الاقتصاد المنزلى بکلية التربية النوعية ثم تحديد درجة أهميتها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموجهين ثم العمل على تقويم أداء الطلاب المعلمين ( عينة البحث ) فى ضوء تلک المهارات ، ولذلک أعدت أدوات البحث التى تمثلت فى استبانه للتعرف على مدى أهمية مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين التى تم التوصل إليها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموجهين، وبطاقة ملاحظة ااتعرف على مستوى تمکن عينة البحث من الطلاب المعلمين للأداء التدريسى فى ضوء مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين وطبقت تلک الأدوات على عينة البحث المکونة من           ( 32 ) عضو هيئة تدريس وموجهة ، ( 72 ) طالبة معلمة بالفرقة الثالثة من شعبة الاقتصاد المنزلى بکلية التربية النوعية .
وتوصلت النتائج إلى :
1- تحديد المهارات اللازمة للطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الاقتصاد المنزلى بکلية التربية النوعية والتى اشتملت على ثلاث محاور رئيسية هى ( مهارات التعلم والتفکير – مهارات التعامل مع المعلومات والوسائط التکنولوجية – المهارات المهنية ) .
2- تفاوتت درجة أهمية مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين اللازم توافرها لدى الطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الاقتصاد المنزلى – کلية التربية النوعية بين الکبيرة والمتوسطة حيث حصلت         ( مهارات التعلم والتفکير – المهارات المهنية ) على درجة أهمية کبيرة فى حين حصلت مهارات التعامل مع المعلومات والوسائط التکنولوجية على درجة أهمية متوسطة .
مستوى الأداء التدريسى لعينة البحث فى ضوء مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين تفاوت بين متوسط وضعيف حيث کان مستوى الأداء لمهارات التعلم والتفکير ( متوسط ) أما مهارات التعامل مع المعلومات والوسائط التکنولوجية ، المهارات المهنية کان ( ضعيف ) . 
Abstract
Evaluation of the teaching performance of the teacher students in the Department of Home Economics in the Faculty of Specific Education according to the skills of the 21st century
The objective of the present research is to evaluate the teaching performance of the teacher students in the Department of Home Economics in the Faculty of Specific Education according the skills of the 21st century. In order to achieve this goal, it was necessary to identify the skills of the 21st century that must be available to the teachers students in the Department of Home Economics in the Faculty of Specific Education and then determine the degree of importance from the point of view of faculty members and mentors and then work on evaluating the performance of the teachers (research sample) The research tools that were presented in the questionnaire were prepared to identify the importance of the skills of the 21st century, which was reached from the point of view of faculty members and mentors, and a note  card to assess the level of enabling the research sample of the student teachers to perform the teaching in light of the skills of the century Twenty-one of these tools were applied to the research sample consisting of (32) faculty members and (72) female students in the third division of the Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education .  
The results reached :
   1-Identifying the skills required for students in the Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education, which included three main axes: (learning and thinking skills, skills of dealing with information and technological means, professional skills). 2-The degree of importance of the skills of the twenty-first century required by the students of the teachers in the Department of Home Economics - Faculty of Specific Education between the large and the medium, where the skills of learning and thinking and professional skills got a great importance while the skills of dealing with information and technological media got Medium.
3- The level of the teaching performance of the research sample in the light of 21st century skills. The difference between the medium and the weak where the performance level of the skills of learning and thinking (medium) skills of dealing with information and technological media, professional skills was (weak).
