تقويم أداء عضو هيئة التدريس لأدواره بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي من وجهة نظر الطلاب

ملخصالبحث :
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس باستخدام أداة لتقويم أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بکلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنوفية من وجهة نظر طلبة البکالوريوس والدراسات العليا حيث قامت الباحثة بإعدادها بعد الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال وتکونت الأداة من خمسة مجالات تضم (50) فقرة، وقد قامت الباحثة بتطبيق الأداة على عينة البحث والتي تکونت من طلبة البکالوريوس والدراسات العليا في قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي وکان مجموع العينة 77 طالباً وطالبة وقد استعملت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية اللازمة وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها جاء تقييم مستوى أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بکلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنوفية من وجهة نظر الطلاب بدرجة (مرتفعة) وتنحصر بين فئة التقدير (3.67- 5.00)، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمجالات کلية 3.74 وبانحراف معياري 1.11، وبوزن مئوي مقداره 74.84 ، وتراوح الوسط الحسابي لاستجابات المبحوثين من طلاب قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بکلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنوفية على المجالات التي تمثل تقييم مستوى أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بکلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنوفية بين (3.49 – 3.88)، حيث جاء مجال طريقة تغذية المادة العلمية في الترتيب الأول بالنسبة لمجالات تقييم مستوى أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.88 وانحراف معياري 1.11 وبوزن نسبى قيمته 77.53 حيث کانت درجة التقييم مرتفعة، ويليه في الترتيب مجال صفات عضو هيئة التدريس في الترتيب الثاني بالنسبة لتلک المجالات بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.84 وانحراف معياري 1.08 وبوزن نسبي قيمته 76.9 حيث کانت درجة التقييم مرتفعة، ويليه مجال طرق التدريس المستخدمة في الترتيب الثالث بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.79 وانحراف معياري 1.08 وبوزن نسبى قيمته 75.81 ، حيث کانت درجة التقييم مرتفعة، ثم مجال التقويم في الترتيب الرابع بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.71 وانحراف معياري 1.08 وبوزن نسبي قيمته 74.19 حيث کانت درجة التقييم مرتفعة، وأخيراً مجال الکتاب الجامعي بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.49 وانحراف معياري 1.18 وبوزن نسبي قيمته 69.74 حيث کانت درجة التقييم متوسطة.

The research aims to identify the performance of the faculty level by using the tool to evaluate the performance of the faculty members of the Home Economics Department Faculty of Specific Education, Menoufia University, from the standpoint of undergraduate and graduate students, where the researcher prepared after reviewing previous studies in this area and formed the tool of the five areas of (50) paragraph, has the researcher to apply the tool on the research sample, which consisted of undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Home Economics and the total sample 77 students have used the researcher the necessary statistical methods and reached a set of results from the most important performance came faculty level evaluation Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education Menoufia University of perspective of students degree (high) and confined between appreciation class (3.67- 5.00), reaching the arithmetic average of the areas of the Faculty of 3.74 and a standard deviation of 1.11, and the weight percentage of $ 74.84, and ranged from the arithmetic mean of the responses of the respondents from the students section home Economics Faculty of Specific Education Menoufia University on areas that represent evaluating the performance of faculty members at the Department of home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education, University of Menoufia between (3.49 - 3.88), where the field way feed scientific material came in first place for the areas of evaluating the performance of faculty level a mean was 3.88 and standard deviation 1.11 weight relative value of 77.53, where the score is high, and followed in the order in the field of recipes faculty member in the second arrangement for those areas with a mean was 3.84 and standard deviation 1.08 and weigh the relative value of 76.92, where the score is high, followed by the field teaching methods used in third place with a mean reached 3.79 and standard deviation 1.08 and weight relative worth 75.81 where the score is high, then the area of ​​the calendar in the fourth position with a mean reached 3.71 and standard deviation 1.08 and weight relative worth 74.19 where the score is high, and finally the field of university book My average was 3.49 and 1.18 standard deviation and relative weight value of 69.74, where the degree of medium-evaluation.
