الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية العلوم التطبيقية بجامعة أم القرى في استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات في التدريس

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية العلوم التطبيقية بجامعة أم القرى في استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات في التدريس, وقد تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة, إذ اقتصرت عينة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية العلوم التطبيقية بجامعة أم القرى/ شطر الطالبات بالزاهر والبالغ عددهن (77) عضواَ, وقم تم استخدام الاستبانة کأداة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة, وبعد معالجة بيانات الدارسة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) تبين أن مستوى معرفة واستخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات المستخدمة في التدريس کان بدرجة "متوسطة", کما يواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية العلوم التطبيقية بجامعة أم القرى صعوبات عدة في استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والاتصال في التدريس, لذلک أوصت الباحثة بعقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة لتعريف أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية العلوم التطبيقية بالمستحدثات والتکنولوجيات الحديثة المستخدمة في التدريس, والعمل على تخفيف حدة الصعوبات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية العلوم التطبيقية عند استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات في التدريس وتجازوها.
Abstract
The study aimed to know The training needs for the professors at the faculty of Applied Sciences, at UmmAl-QuraUniversity in using information and communication technologies in teaching, the descriptive analytical approach was used in this study. The study sample was limited with the (77) professors at the faculty of Applied Sciences at Umm Al-Qura University\ Females Section, The questionnaire was used as a Study tool to achieve the objectives of the study, after statistical treatment of data by using (SPSS) program, there was found a "medium degree" of knowledge and using for the professors at the faculty of Applied Sciences, at Umm Al-Qura University in information and communication technologies which used in teaching, While the results showed that the difficulties which faced the professors at the faculty of applied sciences, at Umm Al-Qura University during using the information and communication technologies in teaching was in a "high" degree. There- fore, the researcher recommended Organizing specialized training courses focusing on the way of using the modern technologies in teaching for the professors  at the faculty applied sciences, and work to alleviate the difficulties faced by the faculty members in the use of information technology, communication.
