تقييم المسکن في ضوء المساکن الذکية وعلاقته بالتوافق الزواجي

ملخص البحث:
يهدف البحث بصفة رئيسية إلى تقييم المسکن في ضوء معايير المساکن الذکية والتوافق بين الزوجين. وقد اشتملت أدوات البحث على إستمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة، استبيان معايير المساکن الذکية، استبيان التوافق الزواجي. وتم تطبيقها على عينة صدفية غرضية بلغت 30 رب وربة أسرة ممن ينتمون إلى مستويات إجتماعية وإقتصادية مرتفعة. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى توافر معايير المساکن الذکية بأبعاده (التوافق مع البيئة والحفاظ على الطاقة، المرونة الوظيفية، توظيف التکنولوجيا، الهيکل وطريقة الإنشاء)، وبين مستوى التوافق الزواجي بأبعاده (التوافق الشخصي، التوافق الثقافي، التوافق الإجتماعي، التوافق الإقتصادي) حيث بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون 0.691 وهي قيمة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.001، کما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث فى توافر معايير المساکن الذکية بأبعادها وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات الإجتماعية الإقتصادية (السن، الجنس، مدة الزواج، حجم الأسرة، عمل ربة الأسرة، تعليم رب الأسرة وربة الأسرة، عمل ربة الأسرة، دخل الأسرة، مساحة المسکن، مکان الإقامة). في حين تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المبحوثين فى مستوى التوافق الزواجى بأبعاده وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات الإجتماعية الإقتصادية فيما عدا التوافق الشخصي والتوافق الاقتصادي تبعاً للدخل الشهري للأسرة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05،. وقد کان من أهم توصيات البحث نشر ثقافة المساکن الذکية في جمهورية مصر العربية، تزامناً مع المطالبات المحلية والعالمية بالحفاظ على البيئة من خلال استخدام التصاميم العمرانية الصديقة للبيئة. وکذلک الاستثمار في المساکن الذکية، والنظر في البعد الاستراتيجي لمستقبلها، وذلک لما يمکن أن تعطيه هذه المساکن من عناية خاصة بالهوية الثقافية العمرانية للبيئة المحلية واتجاهاتها الفنية التي تتوافق مع العادات والتقاليد في مصر.
Abstract
The main aim of the research is to evaluate the housing in light of the smart housing standards and the compatibility between the spouses. The research tools included the general family data form, the Smart Housing Standards Questionnaire, the marital compatibility questionnaire. It was applied to a target psoriasis sample of 30 heads of household belonging to high social and economic levels. The results of the study showed a statistically significant correlation between the level of availability of intelligent housing standards in its dimensions (compatibility with the environment and energy conservation, functional flexibility, technology utilization, structure and construction method) and the level of marital compatibility in its dimensions (personal compatibility, cultural compatibility, , Economic correlation). The coefficient of Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.691, which is statistically significant value at the level of significance of 0.001. There was also no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in the availability of intelligent housing standards according to some social variables Sadah (age, sex, duration of marriage, family size, the work of head of the family, education head of the family and the head of the family, the work of heads of household, household income, housing space, residence) place. There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the respondents in the level of marital compatibility in terms of its dimensions according to some socio-economic variables except personal compatibility and economic compatibility according to the monthly income of the family at the level of significance 0.05. One of the most important recommendations of the research was to spread the culture of smart housing in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in line with the local and international demands to preserve the environment through the use of green designs. As well as investment in smart housing, and consider the strategic dimension of its future, because of what these houses can give special attention to the cultural identity of the urban environment and its artistic trends that are compatible with the customs and traditions in Egypt.
