الملخص
    تحظي المشروعات الصغيرة فى الوقت الراهن بإهتمام مخططي السياسات الإقتصادية والأجتماعية فى مختلف دول العالم عامة وجمهورية مصر العربية خاصة، وذلک إنطلاقا من الدور الکبير لها فى التنمية الصناعية حيث أنها تساهم  بدور فعال فى الإسراع بعملية التنمية الصناعية کتعظيم فرص العمالة والناتج الصناعي وتنمية الصادرات، وتدخل المشروعات  الصغيرة فى عديد من الصناعات المختلفة مثل صناعة الملابس الجاهزة ، وبناء على ذلک إتجهت العديد من الهيئات المحلية والدولية فى تمويل وتنمية المشروعات الصغيرة بجمهورية مصر العربية ، ويلقي هذا البحث الضوء على دراسة کيفية تأهيل هذه المشروعات للتصدير فى مجال الملابس الجاهزة بهدف التنمية الأقتصادية و قد تم فى هذا البحث تحديد معوقات تصدير الملابس الجاهزة من خلال أستمارة أستقاصئية واهمها عدم توافر عماله مدربة من السوق المحلي  وعدم الاستفادة من مراکز التدريب التابعة لوزراة التجارة والصناعة لنقص الترويج لهذه الأماکن. غياب مؤسسات التمويل التى تدعم الصادرات .وکذلک البنوک التجارية تحجم عن إقراض المشروعات خوفاً من تعثرهم فى السداد.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
    At present, microenterprises are receiving the attention of economic and social policy planners in various countries around the world and especially Egypt, and this back to its significant role in the role in the industrial development where it contribute to an active role in accelerating the  process of industrial development , such as venerating opportunities of employment and industrial output and export development , and the small enterprises intervention in many different industries such as the ready-made garment industry, and according to that many of the local facilities and international in finance and development of small enterprises in Egypt, and the search light on the study of how the rehabilitation of these projects for export in the field of ready-made garments in order to economic development ,In this research, the constraints of exporting garments were identified through a questionnaire form  and the most important is the lack of trained manpower from the
    Local market and the lack of benefit from the training centers of the Ministry of trade and industry for the lack of promotion of these places
    The absence of financing institutions that support exports, as well as commercial banks, are reluctant to lend to projects for fear of faltering in payment.
