الاستفادة من تقنية إعادة بناء الأشکال المجسمة على المانيکان لخدمة صناعة الملابس الجاهزة

ملخص البحث:
يهدف البحث إلى اقتراح أساليب بنائية لعمل نماذج ورقية للتصميمات المستحدثة ذات الترکيب البنائي المرکب أو المعقد، وذلک من خلال تشکيل تلک التصميمات بأسلوب التشکيل علي المانيکان ومن ثم فکها وتحليلها واستخرج النموذج المسطح منها، الأمر الذي يمکنا من اعده بناء تلک التصميمات مرة أخرى من خلال النماذج المسطح بکل سهولة دون الحاجة إلى إعادة تشکيلها علي المانيکان مرة أخرى، وکذلک سهولة ابتکار  تصميمات جديدة منها، بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج اقرب ما تکون إلى تلک المشکلة على المانيکان. بالإضافة إلى تزويد القائمين على بناء النماذج الورقية في مصانع الملابس الجاهزة بأهم الخطوات الأولية المتبعة لبناء تلک النماذج الورقية للمجسمات المقترحة. وعلية فقد قام الباحثون بعمل عدد (10) نماذج مقترحة لتصميمات مجسمة باستخدام النموذج المسطح، تم تحکيمهم من قبل عدد (20) أستاذ متخصص في مجال الملابس والنسيج، ومن ثم تحليل تلک البيانات إحصائياً واستخلاص النتائج، وقد حاز کل من التصميمات (3، 9، 1، 2، 5) علي اعلي متوسطات نسبية، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن نجاح تلک التصميمات المقترحة في تحقيق أهداف البحث والتوصية بضرورة عمل تصميمات من نفس النوع تساعد علي جذب أسواق جديدة عالمية وتطوير السوق المحلي.
 
 


The benefit from reconstruction of 3d forms on the mannequin technique to serve the ready-made garment industry

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to propose constructive drawing methods for paper patterns from the new complex structures designs, by forming these designs on the mannequin and then deconstructing them and extracting the flat pattern from them, which we can prepare by constructing these designs again through the flat pattern without any need to remodel it again on the mannequin, as well as the ease of creating new designs from it, in order to reach the closest  results to that formed on the mannequin. In addition to provide pattern maker in the garment factories with the most important primary steps to build those paper models. In addition, the researchers made a number of () proposed models for 3d  designs using the flat model, which were evaluated by (20) Clothing and textile professors, then analyze the data statistically and got result conclusions, The model number (3, 9, 1, 2, and 5) had achieved the highest relative averages. Accordingly, these designs were actually implemented. in achieving the research objectives and recommend the necessity to design such as theses designs that attract new international markets and develop the local market
