هدف البحث إلى الکشف عن أثر استخدام المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية في تنمية المعرفة التکنولوجية لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية وتنمية اتجاههم نحو البرمجة الهيکلية ٠ وتمثلت مشکلة الدراسة بالسؤال الرئيسي الآتي:
ما أثر استخدام المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية في تنمية المعرفة التکنولوجية لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية واتجاههم نحو البرمجة الهيکلية؟ ويتفرع من السؤال الرئيسي الأسئلة الفرعية الآتية:

 ما معايير تصميم المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية؟
 ما صورة المستودع التعليمي الرقمي اللازم لتنمية المعرفة التکنولوجية واتجاه الطلاب نحو البرمجة الهيکلية ؟
 ما أثر استخدام المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية في تنمية المعرفة التکنولوجية لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية في مقرر البرمجة الهيکلية؟
 ما أثر استخدام المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية في تنمية اتجاه طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية نحو البرمجة الهيکلية ؟

واستخدم الباحث وفقا لطبيعة البحث المنهج التجريبي، وأعد الباحث قائمة بمعايير تصميم المستودع التعليمي الرقمي، واختبار لقياس المعرفة التکنولوجية لدى الطلاب من خلال اختبار تحصيلي تکون من (33) فقرة من نوع اختيار من متعدد، وأعد الباحث أيضا مقياس اتجاه الطلاب نحو البرمجة الهيکلية تکون من (25) فقرة ٠ وقام الباحث ببناء مستودع الوحدات التعليمية الرقمية، وذلک وفقا لمراحل وخطوات نموذج سيسکو (Cisco)، ولقد تضمن النموذج المرحل التالية: التصميم، والتطوير، والتقديم، والتقييم، کما تم عرض أدوات الدراسة على السادة المحکمين، والتأکد من صدقها وثباتها بعد تطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية بلغ عدد أفردها (30) طالبا، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة مکونة من (60) طالبا من طلاب الفرقة الأولي قسم نظم المعلومات بالمعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية بالجيزة، وذلک في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام (2017) ٠
  وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث تم جمع البيانات وتبويبها وتنظيمها وتحليلها باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، حيث تم استخدام اختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، ومريع إيتا n2 لإيجاد حجم الأثر ومعامل ألفا کرونباخ ومعامل التجزئة النصفية وطريقة کودر- ريتشارد سون، وجاءت نتائج البحث على النحو التالي:

 يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05≥) بين متوسط درجات التحصيل لدى طلاب المجموعة الضابطة ومتوسط درجات التحصيل لدى طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في المعرفة التکنولوجية المتعلقة بمقرر البرمجة الهيکلية للفرقة الأولي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
 يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05≥) بين مستوى اتجاه الطلاب في المجموعة الضابطة ومستوى اتجاه الطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية نحو تعلم البرمجة الهيکلية للفرقة الأولي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
لا يحقق المستودع التعليمي الرقمي فاعلية کبيرة وفق معدل الکسب لبلاک في تنمية المعرفة التکنولوجية.

وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج، تم وضع عدد من التوصيات أهمها: التوسع في إنشاء وبناء المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية في ضوء معايير تصميم المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية، والتوعية بالاهتمام بوضع المستودعات التعليمية الرقمية وحث المدارس والجامعات على السعي فيما بينها نحو إنشاء اطار تعاوني، وکذلک الاستفادة من المستودع المقترح في تنمية المعرفة التکنولوجية لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية، والاستفادة من المستودع أيضا في تدريس المقررات المختلفة للطلاب وذلک لأهميته البالغة في تنمية التشارک والتعاون بين الطلاب.
Abstract
The aim of the research was to uncover the impact of the use of digital educational warehouses in the development of technological knowledge among the students of the Higher Institute for qualitative studies and to develop their Attitude towards structural programming.
What is the impact of the use of digital educational warehouses in the development of technological knowledge among students of the Higher Institute of qualitative studies and their orientation towards structural programming? The main questions stem from the following sub-questions:
What are the standards for designing digital educational warehouses?
What is the image of the digital educational repository required for the development of technological knowledge and the Attitude of students towards structural programming?
What is the impact of the use of digital educational warehouses in the development of technological knowledge among students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies in the structural programming course?
What is the impact of the use of digital educational warehouses in the development of the trend of students of the Higher Institute of qualitative studies towards structural programming?
The researcher used the experimental method. The researcher prepared a list of standards for the design of the digital educational repository and a test to measure the technological knowledge of the students through an achievement test consisting of (33) (25) paragraph 0 The researcher built the warehouse of digital educational units, according to the stages and steps of the Cisco model (Cisco), and included the following model of the following: design, development, presentation, evaluation, and the tools of study were presented to the arbitrators, and to verify its validity and stability After applied to The study was conducted on a sample of (60) students of the first division of Information Systems Department at the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies in Giza in the second semester of the year 2017.
  In order to answer the research questions, the data were collected, tabulated, organized and analyzed using the SPSS. The T test was used for two independent samples, ETA for N2 to find the effect size, the Cronbach alpha factor, the midterm separator, and the Coder-Richard Son method. As follows:
There is a statistically significant difference at (0..05≥) between the average achievement scores of the control group and the average achievement scores of the experimental group students in the technological knowledge related to the structural programming course of the first group in favor of the experimental group.
There is a statistically significant difference at (0..05≥) between the level of students 'orientation in the control group and the level of students' orientation in the experimental group towards learning the structural programming of the initial group in favor of the experimental group.
The digital educational repository does not achieve great efficiency according to the rate of gain for BlackBerry in the development of technological knowledge.
In light of the findings of the research, a number of recommendations were made, including the expansion of the construction and construction of digital educational warehouses in light of the standards of design of digital educational warehouses, awareness of the importance of developing digital educational repositories and encouraging schools and universities to work towards establishing a cooperative framework. Benefiting from the proposed warehouse in the development of technological knowledge among the students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies, and benefiting from the warehouse also in teaching the different courses of the students because of its great importance in the development of cooperation and cooperation among the students.
