مشکلات التربية الميدانية لطلاب شعبة الإعلام التربوى بکليات التربية النوعية – دراسة تقييمية

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مشکلات التربية الميدانية لطلاب شعبة الإعلام التربوى بکليات التربية النوعية وذلک من خلال التعرف على حجم المشکلات المتعلقة بالإشراف التربوى، الإدارة المدرسية، الجامعة، المکان، الأعمال والتکليفات المطلوبة من الطلاب، التقييم، وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، وفى إطارها استخدم الباحث منهج المسح بالعينة، واستخدم فى ذلک مقياس مشکلات التربية الميدانية لطلاب شعبة الإعلام التربوى بکليات التربية النوعية کأداه لجمع البيانات المطلوبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مشکلات التدريب الميدانى لطلاب شعبة الإعلام التربوى فى کليات التربية النوعية فى مجال الصحافة والإذاعة والتلفزيون جاءت بدرجة (مرتفعة)، وکان مجال المشکلات المتعلقة بمکان التدريب فى الترتيب الأول، وکان مجال المشکلات المتعلقة بإدارة المدرسة فى الترتيب الثانى، ومجال المشکلات المتعلقة بالمشرف التربوى فى الترتيب الثالث، وجاء مجال المشکلات المتعلقة بالأنتاج والتکليفات المطلوبة من الطلاب فى الترتيب الرابع، وجاء مجال المشکلات المتعلقة بالتقييم فى الترتيب الخامس، بينما جاء مجال المشکلات المتعلقة بالجامعة فى الترتيب السادس.
Field education problems for students of the faculties of Educational Media Division of Specific Education - Evaluation Study
The research aims to identify the field education problems for students of Educational Media Division of the faculties of the quality of education through the identification of the size of the problems related to supervise Educational, school administration, university, place, work required of students, assignments, evaluation, and belong this study to descriptive studies, and in the framework The researcher used the methodology of sample surveys, and used in this field education problems for students of Educational media Division of the faculties of the quality of education as a tool to collect the required data scale, and the study found that the field training for students of Educational media Division in the faculties of specific education problems in the field of press, radio and television came degree (high) and it was the field of the problems concerning the place of training in the first place, and it was the field of problems related to the management of the school in the second arrangement, the field of problems related to educational administrator in third place, came the field problems relating to production required of students and assignments in the fourth ranking, came the field of problems related to the assessment in the standings V, while the field of problems related to the university came in the sixth arrangement
