الفن والعلم من اهم الميادين المعرفية، التى تتلاقى في مجالات کثيرة، وتنبع من مصدر واحد تقريبا، فأذا کان العلم جمعاً منظماً ومثبتاً بالبراهين والأدلة لمختلف الأبحاث المادية، التي تدرس ميادين محددة محورها الطبيعة والمجتمع، فالفن ايضا يستقى قيمه ونظمه ومفاهيمه وافکاره من الطبيعة والمجتمع .
ولان الفن دائما يبحث عن المصادر المتجددة لنتاجاته والتى يمکن ان يعتمد عليها فى ايجاد منطلقات فکرية مستحدثة، جاء بحثه فى العلم بفروعه المختلفة، فى محاولة لتکوين مرجعيات ذات اصول منطقية ووصولا لمفاهيم وافکار غير تقليدية وتکوين خلفيات ومصادر مرجعية لدارسى الفنون، مما يعطى اعمالهم صبغة عقلية ومنهجية فکرية، سواء فى المفهوم او التناول فى الشکلى.
فبعد الثورة العلمية التى احدثتها تقنية النانو اصبحت الان تدخل في الکثير من المجالات المختلفة سواء صناعية، عسکرية، طبية، زراعية، وغيرها العديد من المجالات، فتقنية النانو تمثل القدرة المتزايدة على التعامل بدقة مع المادة وفقاً للمقاييس المستحيلة ، موفرةً بذلک مجموعةً من الصيغ الشکلية المميزة والمقننة هندسيا وانشائيا والتى يحاول الباحث فى هذه الدراسة الوقوف على تطبيقاتها فى مجال الفنون بشکل عام والتصميم بشکل خاص ومدى الاستفادة من هذه الصيغ فى اثراء القيم السطحية للوحة الزخرفية من خلال الاجابة على التساؤل الاتى .

After the scientific revolution by nanotechnology its became  involved in a lot of different fields, whether industrial, military, medical, agricultural, and many others, nanotechnology comprises a growing ability to accurately deal with the matter and according to the measurements impossible, thereby providing a range of new amd distinctive aesthetics formulas and calculated geometrically and a construction varied which in this study,the researcher is trying to know its applications in arts field at general and specialist in design and how to take advantage of these formulas to enrich surface values for decorative panel by answering the following question.
