نظام مقترح لإعادة استخدام مستلزمات الإنتاج لتحقيق الاستدامة فى صناعة الملابس الجاهزة

ملخص البحث باللغة العربية:
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تکنولوجيا إنتاج الأزرار المستخدمة فى تصنيع الملابس الجاهزة وکذلک وضع نظام مقترح لاعادة استخدامها مرة أخرى لتحقيق الاستدامة ، لذلک قام الباحث باختيار عدد اثنى عشر زرار هى الأکثر استخداماً فى تصنيع الملابس الجاهزة ، مختلفة الخامات وثلاث مواد کيميائية (الصوا الکاوية + کلور - مسحوق غسيل برسيل – صودا کاوية + أکسجين) ، وتم غسيل الأزرار (مرة واحدة - خمس مرات - عشر مرات) فى غسالة أوتوماتيکية عند درجة حرارة ( 60ْم -  90ْم) وأجريت الاختبارات بمعمل مراقبة الجودة المرکزية بشرکة مصر للغزل والنسيج بالمحلة الکبرى وتبين أن أفضل الأزرار هم أرقام                  (1 ، 2، 3 ، 4 ،9 ) وجميعهم من خامة البولى استر والمادة الکيميائية صودا کاوية + أکسجين (الاسم التجارى: کلور ألوان) هى أفضل المواد الکيميائية المستخدمة فى عملية غسيل الأزرار عند درجة حرارة ( 60ْم -  90ْم) ، ونظراً لتعرض الأزرار بعد عمليات الغسيل السابقة يتکون عليها طبقة رقيقة نتيجة التفاعل بين المواد الکيميائية وبين خامة الأزرار فتؤدى إلى تغير فى ترکيب جزيئات اللون وبذلک يتغير اللون الأصلى للزرار ويصبح لونه باهت وذلک لأن جميع المنظفات الصناعية قلوية وبالتالى لابد من إجراء معالجة لأفضل الأزرار بمادة تلميع (الأحماض الدهنية Fatty acid) لنتمکن من إعادة استخدامها مرة أخرى ، ثم إجراء اختبار قوة کسر الأزرار للتحقق من المتانة ولم يحدث لهم کسر ، وتم تقييم مظهريتهم مقارنة بالأزرار التى لم تجرى عليها أى عمليات غسيل من السادة المحکمين وتبين أن تلک الأزرار صالحة لاعادة استخدامها مرة أخرى وبذلک تتحقق الاستدامة. 
 
Proposed System for the Reuse of Production Accessories to Achieve Sustainability in Ready Made Garments
ABSTRACT
The research aims to study the technology of the production of buttons used in the manufacture of ready-made garments as well as the development of a proposed system for reusing them again to achieve sustainability. Therefore, the researcher selected twelve buttons that are most commonly used in the manufacture of ready-made garments, with different raw materials and three chemicals (caustic soda + chlorine - Persil washing powder - caustic soda + oxygen), and the buttons were washed (once - five times - ten times) in an automatic washing machine at a temperature of (60°c - 90°c.). The tests were conducted at the central quality control laboratory of Misr Spinning & Weaving Mehalla El-Kubra. It became clear that the best buttons are (1, 2, 3, 4, 9) numbers, all of which are made of polyester and the chemical: caustic soda + oxygen (trade name: chlorine colors) are the best chemicals used for button washing at (60°c - 90°c.). Because the buttons are exposed after the previous washing operations, a thin layer is formed because of the interaction between the chemicals and the material of the buttons, leading to a change in the composition of the color particles, thus the original color of the button changes and becomes pale. This is because all industrial detergents are alkaline. Therefore, it is necessary to process the best buttons with polishing material (fatty acids) so that we can reuse them again, and then test the power of breaking the buttons to check the durability and they did not break. Their appearance was evaluated compared to the buttons that did not have any washing operations, the jury. It became clear that those buttons are valid for reuse again and thus they achieve sustainability.
