دراسة المعوقات التي تواجه المتخصصين في مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي للمرحلة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي

يواجه المتخصصين بمادة الاقتصاد المنزلي معوقات أثناء تدريسهم للمادة، مما يستوجب تحديدها لمواجهتها والتغلب عليها، وللتعرف علي أهم مقترحاتهم لتطوير مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي للمرحلة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، واتبع هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث علي عينه صدفية غرضية بلغت (150) من معلمات وموجهات الاقتصاد المنزلي بمحافظة المنوفية العاملين بمدارس عامة ومعاهد أزهرية للمرحلة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي(مرحلة إعدادية)، وکان من أهم النتائج توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات المتخصصين في مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي(معلمات وموجهات) المرتبطة بالمادة العلمية تبعًا لمتغير نوع العمل(موجه، معلم) لصالح الموجهات وهى دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.001)، بينما لا توجد فروق مرتبطة ب(البيئة المدرسية، القائمين بالعمل، التلاميذ، الدرجة الکلية) تبعًا لمتغير نوع العمل. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات المتخصصين في مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي(معلمات وموجهات) المرتبطة بالمادة العلمية تبعًا لمتغير مکان العمل(أزهري، عام)، بينما توجد فروق مرتبطة ب(البيئة المدرسية، القائمين بالعمل، التلاميذ، الدرجة الکلية) تبعًا لمکان العمل(أزهري، عام) لصالح المدارس العامة  وهى دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.001). وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات المتخصصين في مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي على استبيان المعوقات المرتبطة ب(المادة العلمية، البيئة المدرسية، الدرجة الکلية للمحاور) تبعًا لمدة العمل وهي دالة عند (0.001)، کما توجد فروق مرتبطة ب(القائمين بالعمل) تبعًا لمدة العمل وهي دالة عند (0.05)، بينما لا توجد فروق مرتبطة بالتلاميذ تبعًا لمدة العمل. توجد  فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات المتخصصين في مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي على استبيان المعوقات المرتبطة بالمادة العلمية تبعًا للدرجة الوظيفية وهي دالة عند (0.001)، وتوجد فروق دالة مرتبطة ب(البيئة المدرسية، الدرجة الکلية للمحاور) تبعًا للدرجة الوظيفية وهي دالة عند (0.01)، بينما لا توجد فروق مرتبطة ب(القائمين بالعمل، التلاميذ) تبعًا للدرجة الوظيفية. ومن أهم التوصيات إعداد ورش عمل وبرامج لتطوير المادة وتفعيل الأنشطة داخل المدارس کتفعيل برامج الفتاه المنتجة وتدعيمها ماديًا وتسويقًها، وتوفير الإمکانات المادية والأدوات والأجهزة اللازمة لکل مدرسة للقيام بالأنشطة الخاصة بمادة الاقتصاد المنزلي، توفير کتب دراسية وکتب مساعدة لزيادة مصادر التعلم، والتنوع في استخدام طرق تدريس والعمل على تطوير معايير الجودة التي تقاس عليها المواد الدراسية وربطها بالتطور الحادث في المجتمع، وتطوير مناهج الاقتصاد المنزلي لجميع المراحل الدراسية وفق معايير الجودة وعمل دورات تدريبية مستمرة للمعلمات والموجهات للتنمية المهنية وتحسين الأداء التدريسي.
Abstract
The main objective of the study is to study the obstacles faced by specialists in the field of home economics for the second stage of basic education and to identify their main proposals for the development of the subject of home economics for the second stage of basic education. This research followed the descriptive method. Obstacles faced by specialists in the field of home economics for the second stage of basic education with the object of a target psoriasis (150) of the teachers and mentors of the home economy in the governorate of Menoufia working in public schools and institutes Azhar for the second stage Of the basic education (preparatory stage). The most important results were statistically significant differences between the average scores of specialists in household economics (parameters and orientations) related to the scientific subject according to the variable of the type of work (directed, teacher) in favor of the routers which is a statistical significance at the level of significance (0.001), while there are no differences related to (School environment, work force, pupils, total grade) depending on the type of work variable. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of specialists in household economics (teachers and mentors) related to the scientific subject according to the variable of the place of work (Azhari, general), while there are differences related to (school environment, workmen, students, total score) (Azhari, general) for the benefit of public schools, which is a statistical significance at the level of significance (0.001). There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of specialists in household economics on the questionnaire of constraints related to (scientific subject, school environment, total degree of axes) depending on the duration of work, which is a function at (0.001), and there are differences related to Which is a function at (0.05), while there are no differences related to the students depending on the duration of work. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of specialists in the subject of home economics on the questionnaire of obstacles related to the scientific subject according to the degree of job which is a function at (0.001), and there are significant differences related to (school environment, total degree of axes) , While there are no differences related to (job, students) depending on grade. The most important recommendations are The preparation of workshops and programs to develop the material and activating activities within schools, such as activating the productive girls' programs and financially supporting them and marketing them, and providing the material resources, tools and devices necessary for each school to carry out activities related to the subject of home economics; providing textbooks and books of assistance to increase the sources of learning; Quality standards on which the study subjects are measured and linked to the developments in the society, the development of the home economy curricula for all levels of study according to the quality standards, and the continuous training courses for teachers and professional development guides. N teaching performance.
