معوقات الاستفادة من خدمات المدن الجامعية ومردودها علي دافعية الإنجاز لدي الطلاب " "Obstacles to benefiting from university student hostels rendered services and their impact on students' motivation for achievement

      يهدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف علي نوعية معوقات استفادة طلاب المدن الجامعية من الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب الجامعي ومردودها علي دافعية الإنجاز لديهم، وإشتملت أدوات البحث علي: استمارة البيانات العامة للطالب وأسرته، مقياس معوقات الإستفادة من الخدمات الطلابية بالمدينة الجامعية، إستبيان  دافعية الإنجاز للطلاب الجامعي. وتم تطبيقها علي عينة قوامها (250) طالب وطالبة من المغتربين المقيمين بالمدينة الجامعية التابعة لجامعة حلوان، وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين    (18-24) سنة، وملتحقين بکليات ذات تخصصات مختلفة بمستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية وتعليمية مختلفة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ليتم اختبارهم. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت الباحثتان نتائج البحث إلي  وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية  عند مستوي دلالة (01,0) بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب عينة البحث في معوقات إستفادة الطلاب من خدمات المدن الجامعية(معوقات ترجع للطالب، معوقات ترجع للمدينة الجامعية، معوقات ترجع لطبيعة الدراسة) وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية (جنس الطالب، سن الطالب، طبيعة الکلية، تعليم الأب، تعليم الأم، عدد أفراد الأسرة، متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (01,0) بين أفراد عينة البحث عينة البحث في دافعية الإنجاز للطلاب (التخطيط والتوجه للمستقبل، تحمل المسئولية، إتخاذ القرارات وحل المشکلات) وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية، ووجدت علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية تراوحت بين (05,0)، (01,0) بين معوقات الاستفادة الطلاب من خدمات المدن الجامعية المقيمين بها ودافعية الإنجاز بأبعادها لديهم، کما وُجد أن مستوي تعليم الأم هو العامل الأکثر تأثيراً في تفسير التباين في دافعية الإنجاز بنسبة76%.
Abstract
            This research aims at identifying the type of obstacles that hinder benefiting students from the university student hostels rendered services and their impact on students' motivation for achievement
            The research tools included the following: a general data form for the student and his family, the scale of the obstacles to benefiting from university student hostels rendered services, the questionnaire of achievement motivation. These tools were applied on a sample of (250) male and female expatriate students residing at the university student hostel of HelwanUniversity. They were 18-24 years old. They were enrolled at different faculties, and they belong to different social, economic and educational levels. They were randomly selected to be tested. The study utilized the descriptive analytical methodology.
The research concluded the following results:

There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the research sample on the scale of the obstacles to benefiting from university student hostels rendered services (obstacles concerned with the student, obstacles concerned with the university student hostel, obstacles concerned with the nature of study) according to some social and economic variables (student’s gender-student’s age- nature of college-father's education-mother's education- number of family members- family’s average monthly income ).
There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students, sample of the research on the questionnaire of achievement motivation (the planning and oriantion for future - independence and assuming responsibility- decision-making and problem solving) according to some social and economic variables.

There is a correlation of statistical significance between the obstacles to benefiting from university student hostels rendered services and their achievement motivation and its dimensions
