مهارات الشباب لإدارة بعض مواردهم البشرية وعلاقتها بالمشارکة في التنمية الاجتماعية ( دراسة مطبقة على طلاب جامعة المنوفية )

الملخص :
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مهارات الشباب لإدارة بعض مواردهم البشرية بأبعاده(الوقت-الجهد- الذات ومهارات الاتصال) وعلاقتها بالمشارکة في التنمية الاجتماعية بأبعاده(تنموى - التعليم –السياحة-البيئة)، وکانت عينة البحث الکلية مکونة من 280 طالب وطالبة من طلاب المدن الجامعية " من مختلف الکليات " وطلاب کلية التربية النوعية باشمون بجامعة المنوفية من الحاصلين علي دورات تدريبية في تنمية الموارد البشرية  (165 )  طالب ( 115) طالبة .
تم اجراء البحث فى الفصل الدراسى الثانى للعام الدراسى 2016/2017 ( فى شهر ابريل 2017 )  وکانت أدوات الدراسة مکونة من  استمارة البيانات العامة للطالب واستبيان مهارات الشباب لإدارة لبعض مواردهم البشرية بأبعاده واستبيان المشارکة في التنمية الاجتماعية للشباب بأبعاده ( إعداد الباحثان ) ، وقد توصلت الدراسة لأهم النتائج التالية :    " توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مهارات الشباب لإدارة بعض مواردهم والمشارکة في التنمية الاجتماعية عند 0.05 .
- " لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المستوي الاجتماعى وبين مهارات الشباب لإدارة بعض مواردهم البشرية عند 0.05 .
- " توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المستوى الاجتماعى للشباب والمشارکة في التنمية الاجتماعية للشباب "عند  0.05 .
- " توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المستوى الاقتصادى للشباب ومهارات الشباب لإدارة بعض مواردهم البشرية  عند  0.05 . وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المستوى الاقتصادى للشباب والمشارکة فى التنمية الاجتماعية " عند . 0.05 .
     وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التوعية والتوجية في المؤسسات المختلفة "التربية والتعليم –التعليم العالى – الشئون الاجتماعية –الشباب والرياضة-الاعلام " لمهارات الشباب لإدارة بعض مواردهم من اجل المشارکة في التنمية الاجتماعية  لهم لدفع عجلة الانتاج في المجتمع.
 
Youth skills to manage some of their human resources and their relationship to participation in social development  (A study applied to students of MenoufiaUniversity)
 
Abstract                          
This research aims to study the skills of young people to manage some of their human resources in terms of time, effort and communication skills and their relation to participation in social development in its dimensions (development, education, tourism, environment). The sample of the study was 280 students from university cities "From different colleges" and students of the Faculty of Specific Education Bashmon at the University of Menoufia, who obtained training courses in the development of human resources (165) students (115) students.
The study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017 (in April 2017). The study tools were composed of the general data form for the student and the questionnaire of youth skills to manage some of their human resources in its dimensions and the questionnaire to participate in the social development of youth in its dimensions. For the most important results: "There is a statistically significant relationship between youth skills to manage some of their resources and participate in social development at 0.05.
-       "There are no statistically significant differences between the social level and youth skills to manage some of their human resources at 0.05.
-       "There are statistically significant differences between the social level of youth and participation in the social development of youth" at 0.05.
-       "There are statistically significant differences between the economic level of youth and the skills of young people to manage some of their human resources at 0.05. There are statistically significant differences between the economic level of youth and participation in social development". 0.05.
     The study recommended the need for awareness and guidance in the various institutions "Education - Higher Education - Social Affairs - Youth and Sports" to the skills of young people to manage some of their resources in order to participate in social development for them to promote production in the community.
