آثر استخدام برنامج تدريبى مقترح على إکتساب مهارات رسم نماذج أکوال ملابس الأطفال وتجهيزها للترکيب

الملخص
مما لا شک فيه أن إعداد المعلم يحظى بإهتمام کبير فى الآونه الأخيرة سواء کان ذلک عالمياً ام محلياً، من حيث إعداده وتدريبة وتقويمة، ويعد إمتلاک المعلم للکفايات المهنية الأساسية من المقومات الضرورية للمعلم الکفء من أجل تهيئة الظروف اللازمة لإيجاد البيئة الصالحة للتعليم دون هدر فى الوقت والجهد.
فالمعلم يمثل الرکيزة الأساسية فى عملية التعليم، إذن لابد من أن يحظى إعداده بالإهتمام والدراسة لکونه عصب المهنه ومحرکها الأساسى وهو المسئول الأول عن تحقيق أهداف التربية وعامل من عوامل تطوير المجتمع وتنميتة.
ومجال الملابس ليس مجالا تطبيقيا فحسب ولکنه مجال له قواعده وأصوله النظرية التى تثرى المجال التطبيقى ، ويؤثر کل من ( الجانب المعرفى – الجانب التطبيقى ) فى رفع مستوى الخريج. وجودة المنتج النهائى تتوقف على کثير من العوامل من أهمها کيفية رسم نماذج الأکوال الخاصة بملابس الطفل وطريقه قصها على القماش وتجهيزها للترکيب بطريقة صحيحة وسهلة وبسيطة.
ومن خلال وجود الباحثة فى مجال التعليم بکلية التربية النوعية - جامعة عين شمس – تخصص ملابس ونسيج انه عند تدريس طرق رسم نماذج الأکوال وقصها على القماش وتجهيزها للترکيب وجد بعض الصعوبات حيث تحتاج هذه المهارات إلى طرق تدريس ووسائل تعليمية وأنشطة تعليمية تجعله أکثر مرونه وتفاعلاً من الطرق التقليدية الذى يقتصر فيها دور الطالب على تلقى العلم مما يجعل دوره سلبيا أثناء الموقف التعليمى. ومن هنا کانت فکرة هذا البحث وهى إعداد برنامج تدريبى مقترح يساعد طلاب ( الفرقة الثانية ) فى إکتساب مهارات کيفية رسم نماذج الأکوال وقصها على القماش وتجهيزها للترکيب والتى تساعدهم بعد ذلک وتؤهلهم لإتقانها عند التعرض لها خلال السنوات التالية.
ويهدف البحث إلى قياس مدى أثر التدريب على تنمية بعض المعارف والمهارات الخاصة بالأکوال لطلاب قسم الاقتصاد المنزلى کلية التربية النوعية للوصول بالطالب إلى مستوى مهارى يساعده فى المستقبل على إتمام رسم وإعداد الأکوال بطريقة صحيحه ترفع من شکل وجودة المنتج النهائى .
 لذلک ترجع أهمية البحث الى رفع المستوى المهارى للطلاب فى کيفية رسم وإعداد الأکوال لطلاب الفرقة الثانية قسم الاقتصاد المنزلى.
وقد إستخدمت الدارستان فى تطبيق البحث عدة أدوات ( الإختبار التحصيلى – الإختبار المهارى – بطاقة الملاحظة- مقياس التقدير) ، وأظهرت النتائج الإحصائية فى أن البرنامج التدريبى له أثر فى رفع المستوى المعرفى المهارى لدى الطلبة مما ساهم فى تحقيق هدف البحث .

Hence, the idea of ​​this research was to prepare a proposed training program to help the students of the second division acquire the skills of drawing and drawing the Akwal models on the fabric and preparing them for installation, which will help them then and qualify them to master them when exposed during the following years.
       The aim of the study is to measure the impact of training on the development of some of the knowledge and skills of the Akwal students of the Department of Home Economics Faculty of Specific Education to reach the student to a skill level in the future to help him to complete the drawing and preparation of the correct way of raising the form and quality of the final product.
Therefore, the importance of the research is attributed to raising the level of skills of students in how to draw and prepare the voices for the students of the second division Department of Home Economics.
In the application of the research, Darstan used several tools (the achievement test, the skill test, the observation card, the assessment scale). The statistical results showed that the training program had an effect on raising the level of knowledge among the students.
